"David's Good Shepard service was excellent He responded promptly and addressed issues found in my electrical panel and my over-the-range microwave. He provided me with an estimate for both parts and labor. I authorized him to begin work the next day. The quality of his work was excellent. He was well-organized and efficient. He upgraded and replaced an old inadequate circuit breaker and brought it up to code. When replacing the over-the-range microwave with a similar make and model, issues were discovered with both the venting and mounting systems. David corrected these issues before mounting the new microwave. I am happy to report, that the new microwave vents much more efficiently and quietly. Adjustments were made to the mounting system to correct alignment issues. He cleaned up after himself and disposed of the old unit for me. Both his time and labor estimates were accurate. I will be contracting with David very soon for other issues that need to be addressed around my home."

I purchased a stackable washer/dryer but forgot to check that I had an outlet for the dryer close enough to where I wanted to place the units. This became critical because the installers were coming on Monday and this was the Friday before. Cole Electric was rated high on Angie's List so I called and Scott Cole answered. He had one of his electricians come out that same day to assess the job and give me an estimate. They said that they could get started at 0800 the next morning and arrived promptly at 0800 on Saturday morning. Since it was for a dryer, I needed to have a dedicated circuit added to my circuit box and new conduit and lines run. The entire job only took a short time including clean up (yes they cleaned up) and I was ready for the installers to hook up my units on Monday. They charged exactly what they estimated. I intend to use them again for some other electrical needs in my house. I have recommended them to many of my neighbors and friends. I wholeheartedly give them an "A" rating for the work they did for me."

"After two failed General Contractors I brought Rez Electric on-board to add a screened-in porch on the third level of my home. Rob and his Team immediately and showed me problems with the new build as well as the existing structure. Due to exceptionally poor workmanship on both the new and original structure, it took almost two years and a lot of money to complete the renovations. Rob and his Team were diligent, provided high-quality work and NEVER GAVE UP! At the end of the day, Rez Electric practically rebuilt our home including, but not necessarily limited to, framing, all new windows and doors (including sliders), all new siding (cement board), new front and rear porches and a new patio, new flat roof-top decks, new lighting, millwork, whole-home generator, dry-wall work and painting (interior & exterior) - plus an awesome screened in porch (the original project!). Rob also coordinate the addition of gutters, landscaping and fencing. He remained in constant contact, initiated and returned phone-calls, emails and texts. He always check to see if we were satisfied. Rob and his Team restored my faith in contractors."
