The technician had to return to the warehouse to exchange the damaged panels. When the technician returned with the new panels, all they had to do was replace the panels. Excellent job! The garage door is extremely quiet, when opened manually. You only sound you hear is the electric garage door opened, HUGE difference over my last garage door. The technicians were courteous, professional and skilled at their job. The ONLY downside they were a little more expensive, BUT I feel they offered more, better materials and a full 7 year warranty that material and installer issues."
