"Howard was almost one hour later than the dispatcher said he would be. By the time he got here, my son had solved the problem with the hot water heater. I asked Howard to fix the bathtub faucets AND HE DID. This all amidst a houseful of 10 getting ready for lunch and to leave for the Monster Jam competition in Rosemont. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it."
