"After making the appointment I wondered if this would be like other repairs services like Comcast, Windstream, etc. But he arrived a few minutes early and (compared to the Geek Squad) sat down and asked me to tell me about the problems I was having from beginning until his arrival. He explained that he did this so he could get a better idea of what happening, when it started and where we were at this point today. He asked me to do exactly what I had done previously to create the problem and watched over my shoulder while I did. Once I was through, and he saw what I described we switched chairs and I became the one looking over his shoulder. I said that if this bothered him I could go into another room, but he said no, and that it would help me in the future when describing computer problems. He also told me to feel free to ask any questions as he went along. <br /> In under 2 hours not only had he fixed my problem, but pointed out several potential issues that I should keep an eye on, while recommending an online backup service should something drastically happen to my PC. He added several blog sites to my favorites bar, and printing out a document he wrote regarding what to do after a virus strikes your computer.  All in all, he was professional, quick to find the problem(s) causing my stress, and never talked down to me. I liked the way he used analogies to explain what was going one and I felt like I had a better grip on what was going on. <br /> Considering what I was quoted by the Geek Squad and the way he adjusted to my computer knowledge and "speed", I would highly recommend them again. My only regret was losing his business card as the work ticket (s) which amounted to 4 pages only contained his initials. <br />"
