The water heater incident turned out to be more than just a simple replacement. When he walked into our home, he noticed the smell of natural gas which had gone undetected by us. He had us open up our doors and windows to air out the home while he went to shut off the natural gas to the water heater. We were getting ready to go out of town that morning and had hired a sitter for our animals. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. He answered our call so quickly and found this problem immediately. This could have had very dire consequences had we left town and the sitter come in and turn on the light. When he found the problem that had caused the natural gas leak it was staggering; a corroded pipe that lead to the water heater.
