We had a total roof replacement including repairs to our old roof (uneven and weak decking, leaking around the chimney and in a valley and problems with ice dams and water stains as a result of those dams). Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress. O’Franco Roofing is a small business and the work crew are all company employees invested in quality work and service – not sub-contractors like most of the large roofing companies use. "It started with Tom who is the project manager with this company. I was happy to talk to him over the phone with all his experience but then he made such a great impression when I met him for the first time. He came by on an early Sunday morning to inspect and tell me the plan, but when he flew his drone to take pictures and inspect the damage it just blew my mind. These guys are way ahead of the game, or maybe being in tech industry I am biased. But at least I knew then I was in the right hands. The roofers came within a week, 2 hours ahead of schedule, fixed my roof leak and other necessary fixes as discussed. It was such a great experience for hiring a roofing company for the first time and I am definitely reaching out to these guys for future fixes or even roof replacement when its time. Their roof assessment was also on point and my insurance inspector agreed to everything I pointed out. The entire staff was great and they know how to provide great customer service. G"

"When I called, we set a date for July 31, 2015.  The team arrived promptly and did an excellent job, the best gutter cleaning ever.  They were polite, friendly, and efficient.  I told the young man who did the actual cleaning that my house was 500 square feet larger  than the basic charge, $139 for 2,000 sq.ft.  When they finished, the additional cost was $45, which I was quite pleased with.  They also cleaned up my deck and patio, which I particularly appreciated.  Usually it has been left in a mess, but my deck was clean and my plants survived.
Based on my experience, I would be happy to consider Risher and Sons for this and other projects.

Listened to what we wanted and then asked if they could make a suggestion ~ which worked out WAY BETTER than what we thought we wanted. Craftmanship is above reproach! After project was complete, they left area cleaner and in better condition than when they arrived. Price was very reasonable. Always showed courtesy and very prompt.
