Gerry Merry, the owner, came out and after listening carefully to my concerns and needs, we decided on their Black Diamond type covers which are designed with a coated steel base grill covered with a finer coated aluminum screen - both pop-in (which he showed me). Gerry was very professional and friendly. A very experienced gentleman arrived, as scheduled, and did the work by himself. After a brief chat to review my issues, he said he would resolve all of them. He did! The job took him about 6 hours, and after my inspection the next day, I found all work to exceed my expectations. The price was quite reasonable too. What a quality and friendly experience this was to work with Gerry and GUTTER COVERS OF INDIANA."

"Greg came out, looked at the problem, came up with a solution at a reasonable price. Then there was a long hiatus, partly travel related, but mostly because the Hazen Office is very bureaucratic. I finally had to send a reminder that work was pending. Dustin and Dave of the Hazen Group were polite and helpful. There had been some issues in getting the work started (office related, the office, for example, sent me a bill for work done, when it had not been, but they apologized and took the next opportunity to actually do it, two days later.), but once they were there, they did an excellent job (I think). As an extra, since it was just a one person sort of job, while Dustin did the actual gutter and gutter board work, Dave whiled away the time with the leaf blower, both on the ground and up on the roof itself. That is something I normally do myself, but the leaves are wet and my electric blower was not up to them. I am VERY pleased with my experience. Hazen sent a corrected invoice and I paid that afternoon by phone (Hazen on-site employees do not do paperwork or take money, it all goes through the office)."
