We had others come out who wanted to dismantle our deck to do the repairs. Karl handled this without dismantling the deck and undoubtedly saved us a lot of money. Both Karl and John did a great job."

"The home looks new and craftsmanship was great. The thing that stood out for us was the customer service and crew that worked on our home. The office staff were very response during the bidding process and through the project. I was emailed a response in less than 24 hours for every question I had, and I never felt like I couldn't ask even small detail questions. The crew on site were professional, showed up every morning at 8am six days a week until the project was completed which differed from other contractors we have had that often were working multiple parallel jobs and weren't consistent. The crew was extremely friendly even my neighbors commented that they thought the crew was great. The project manager was always super helpful. "Russ had originally put on a new roof and gutters back in Feb 2008. He did a fantastic job at a very competitive price. I'm kind of a high maintenance gal and he was great answering all my questions and doing everything just how I wanted it.  I already referred him to a neighbor and he has been equally happy.  Both roofs have held up great.   Since than I had some remodeling done on my house which included two new bathrooms, a kitchen, and new plumbing.  It involved adding some vents to the roof.  Needless to say the general contractor didn't do a great job on the roof vents and it was compromised as a result.  After a few big rains I knew I needed to call Russ.  I emailed him and he came out within the week and fixed everything properly.  So happy for the quick response and willingness to fix someone else's mistake.  Thank you Russ!
