"Dave called me schedule the appointment. He removed the old opener and installed the new opener. When he was finished, he took the time to program the keypad and remotes, showed me how to use them, explained the features on the new door opener, and showed me where the information was in the new manual. Asked me to call him if I had any questions on using my new opener. Would have given him an A+ if I could."

"It went very well. estimator was very thorough explaining everything about the system, its part and options, and the procedure. Installation was very quick and efficient. He did a great job keeping the existing room clean and free from debris. We are very pleased with the photovoltaic night light. Wasn't sure if we would like it but we do. "Attila and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job replacing all of our windows! The entire process from the first time Attila stepped in the door until the project was finished was great! He and his crew had such positive attitudes and great work ethic. The price could not be matched by any other company in the area, and beat some of the other estimates by tens of thousands of dollars. The team was always on time (even early actually), and were always cleaning up as they went from window to window. I had 7 windows (various shapes, sizes, some obscured for privacy, and some double hung) as well as a patio slider. I cannot tell you just how good the house looks now! Seriously, I've had to hire quite a few contractors at this house to take care of some large projects, but Attila and his team are my absolute favorites! "Working with Mike was great. He had great attention to detail, and addressed all my concerns for the design. The installers did a speedy job with good quality especially when enlarging two windows. They were conscientious and cleaned up carefully. My Milgard windows look and work great."

"Russ, the owner, was very responsive and communicated very well over email and telephone. In fact, due to my schedule (not his) I've never even actually met Russ. Russ came by the house at a time I wasn't avaiable (I work downtown Seattle and would have had to take time off work) and then provided an estimate along with a detailed statement of work. His estimate was a bit lower than another and I decided to go with Russ.

The work was scheduled for a Friday (at my request) and his crew showed up and completed the job that day. All demo of previous gutter was completed and hauled away; I think I found one nail and who knows if it was from the gutters.

Russ came out to do a quality control check and abided my request not to actually enter the property at that time since my husband had just gotten off an overnight shift and the dog would have started barking.

Oddly, it hasn't rained very hard since the install, at least while I've been home. I have not seen any leaks at the corners.
