I do think the sales guy should be more involved & offer possible suggestions to the customer, & should stop in during the process. Dan & Shawn knew what they were doing and did a good job."

He is now completing a spectacular screened porch with a handicap ramp. He has also worked to find the best costs/people for other things like a new A/C, an electrician, and a roofer.
