I'd priced a few roofing companies and thought this project to be out of reach but was pleasant surprised after talking to the guys at Perfection. Not only did they save me a ton of money (less than half of MY cheapest estimates) but they tailored my payments to fit my budget and got the job done in record time. The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! He will follow up in a month to make sure the repair holds and will do additional work for me on the inside ceiling. "Kenny and his screw drove 51 miles to get to my house and put a new roof on. They did a fast and professional job very nice. "Isaac Messer responded quickly to our request for repairs to our clay tile roof. He evaluated the repairs & followed up again to ascertain the repairs with his crew. We agreed on a price, signed a contract & he accepted a deposit on a credit card to which the balance was also charged on completion. Everything was handled professionally They repairs were done much quicker as he had a crew of 7 workers taking care of different parts of the repairs. We've not had any leaks from the roof repairs, so hopefully they will hold up for the future. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Jodie Machen is an outstanding workman and job manager. Our home is a old steel-baron era mansion from 1929. It needed a new roof and significant association flashing work. Jodie Machen was the perfectionist I was looking for. Not only did he do an immensely careful job, but he was thorough in his communication with me throughout, calling to touch base not just on formal aspects of the job, but also on convenience questions. His personal presence on the job made sure that his standards translated to his work crew, and together they presented a polite and professional group who I felt very happy to have around my little kids. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company! As an aside, Jodie Machen also fixed a difficult plumbing problem for us, so I suppose he would be great for other similar work as well!"

"The service person who came was very informative and did a great job. Found out microwave was going to be replaced. Choice gave me a small amount of money to replace the microwave and Choice will not install it for me, kind of upset with this however I will continue to have Discussions for the replacement value!!!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
