Mr. Handyman and Ron Potesky's team turned an attic into a bedroom with A/C and heat, built a closet, replaced major kitchen appliances, replaced carpeting, replaced all smoke and CO2 detectors, re-wired ceiling fans, painted all interior walls, powewashed the deck and vinyl fence, then painted the deck, removed and donated or disposed of all furniture and personal items of the tenant. The team coordinated all appointments of city inspectors and professional sanitization of a very dirty space. When Mr Handyman was done, the intetior of the house looked like something out of Better Homes and Gardens! The team could be totally trusted with the housekeys. They coordinated with the realtor and the house sold in one week end!!! We went with Trex Lineage decking, aluminum railings, hardwired lighting, and a louvered pergola, and it all turned out beautiful. The whole process was easy and the team was great to work with.
