"Just getting him up to the house is a challenge in itself. He is a very hard worker and solves the problem (which he did). He stayed at the house for 3 1/2 hours, until close to 10pm getting the problem resolved. The problem is he made two (2) appointments with me to meet me at my house and he never showed. So he had to change the time to come out for an estimate, he had to change that a couple of times because he needed to take care of what was going on at home. It was obvious that he was either a one-man show or a two-man show and I just got the impression that he was in over his head with all these special big deals. He came out and gave me an estimate. We decided not to do it and part of what helped me decide not do it was I looked on Angie's List again after I had him out and in that meantime there were several people who had gone on to his site and had given him an "F" for not following through. So, we decided we did not need to have somebody who could not follow through with an estimate. We just told him "no thank you" after we got the estimate."
