"We had problems getting our refrigerator/freezer to work properly for over a year and considered replacing it but decided to give a repair service a chance. Max came in, quickly diagnosed the issue, warned that he might not be able make an effective repair and allowed us to weigh the risks before proceeding with his fix. Within an hour, Max had the compressor purring like new and our freezer temperature dropped to a perfect -1 F. Replacement cost for built-in refrigerator is over $10,000 so Max’s service was money well spent. I appreciate Max’s honesty, professionalism and technical capabilities.
