Both companies said my electrical panel needed to be replaced on top of my pendant light installation. Their quotes? $4000 to $6000. After inspecting the electric panel, Ryan and Chuck decided that all that was needed was a whole house surge protector. Neither of them tried to convince me that I needed to pay thousands of dollars for unneeded repairs. The surge protector was installed correctly by Ryan (it had not been installed correctly before). It works perfectly and is no longer a shock hazard. I tried to give him some extra money but he refused. He was very polite and said just one service charge.
