"Nathan impressed from the time I first met him. He was far more professional than other contractors in terms of describing how his company works and what I should expect if I worked with him. He also has a nice showroom where you can look a variety of cabinets in different styles and colors as well as countertops. We ended up getting a countertop that he suggested. We would never had picked it on our own but it ended up looking amazing in our kitchen. We had him do a complete remodel of our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The guys on his crew were always prompt and showed up as scheduled. His foreman was both a good communicator and listener. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, they communicated clearly what additional costs would be involved (if any) and how much additional time it might take. The cabinets he installed were custom made but did not cost more than the pre-fab ones you can buy at the large home improvement stores. They are of high quality and well constructed. I actually saw his cabinet guy using a small caliper to make sure the door distances from the cabinets were all even! Lastly...here's something you'll never hear about a contractor...he finished AHEAD of time! Nathan's company are straight shooters and very skilled craftsmen. I would work with them again."

"We hired this pro for a bathroom remodel and had a great experience from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent, communication was clear throughout the project, and everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. The bathroom turned out even better than we expected. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with, I would definitely recommend this pro to anyone looking for quality remodeling work."

"I did not fully know this about me, but I am the client from H***. However, Mr Gino and everyone at imperial remodeling went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. And I am a perfectionist; which does not exist, but no one could have gotten closer than these guys. We did a complete remodel of three bathrooms floors, walls paint etc. I’ve had custom glass installed. And they built out a whole new bathroom for me without destroying the design and functionality of my beautiful mid-century modern home. I am definitely going to work with them again. I hope they work with me( Please read first sentence again). You will not find better quality and affordability in the same place as I did. Thank you imperial remodeling for treating my home as it was your own and for caring about us and exceeding all our expectations. You are the best at home remodel and I am glad we met!"

"We hired Construction Masters to renovate a few rooms in our house, and they did an awesome job. Mickey and Moshe were always friendly, easy to work with, and always kept us in the loop. They handled our kitchen remodel, updated both bathrooms, and finished the garage. The quality of the work is fantastic, and everything turned out even better than we imagined. They showed up on time, kept things tidy, and wrapped up right on schedule. Anytime we had questions or small changes, they took care of it right away. We?re thrilled with how the house looks now and would definitely call them again for future projects. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a renovation."

"My wife and I were looking for a contractor to remodel our master bathroom for almost a year and came across the Home Remodeling Guys thru the Angie app. I was satisfied with Leeran’s estimate and time frame after obtaining many other estimates. The team did an excellent job and both my wife and I are very happy with the remodel and quality of the job. Also a special thanks to Josue and his crew for the work they performed. We already had other small project done by Home Remodeling Guys and planning to do an additional project in the future. My wife and I recommend you to consider Leeran and Home Remodeling Guys for your project. Mario & Louise R."

I needed to do a major remodeling job on my house - to be frank I have been VERY timid to trust anyone with such a big job.

I was recommended by a friend to Universal and after meeting with Ori and seeing his previous work - I took the leap of faith.  I have a 4,000 sq/ft house in Valley Village that needed a full kitchen makeover, two upstairs complete bathroom remodeling, changed carpet to wood floors throughout the upstairs and the whole house painted - we also needed some minor work done in the laundry room and some electrical work - nothing major.  My wife, bless her soul, has VERY exacting taste and to say is a perfectionist is an understatement.

To make a long story short I am a tough critic, but Universal deserves every bit of the 5 star rating given here.  From start to finish, all work was done one time (very important before kids get back to school) and every aspect of the job was done as agreed to and specified.  It came out amazing and I got to see every aspect of what was done - top notch workmanship.

Ori was extremely patient with us (we had some indecisions about tile and colors etc) and he walked through every step of what was going to happen, when and how - and above all was patient with us and our never ending questions.

We had some lower bids and many much higher bids, but now that we are done with it all - we are very happy with everything.

I highly recommend Universal and Ori to ANYONE that wants the anxiety of doing a major job like mine.

Thanks you Ori!

"I recently completed my home remodeling project with HIC Builders, and my overall experience has exceeded my expectations. Avi, in particular, showcased extensive knowledge and was an absolute delight to collaborate with throughout the process. The team excelled in providing precise estimates for both budget and timeline. Despite minor setbacks due to city-related delays, they made sincere efforts to compensate for lost time. Having undertaken multiple projects in the past, I can confidently state that this has been the most gratifying working relationship I've had with a contractor. Without a doubt, I plan to engage HIC Builders again for my future projects."

"We hired Ben to remodel our living room and kitchen, which included adding approximately 300 square feet, creating an open floor plan, and removing an enormous brick fireplace in the center of our house. From day one, Ben was amazing to work with. He was on budget, on schedule, professional throughout the entire project, and consistently anticipated potential issues before they became problems. His wealth of experience was incredibly valuable when it came to making decisions along the way, and he was always willing to offer thoughtful advice and guidance. His entire team was fantastic as well: professional, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and our experience working with Ben. We highly recommend Ben for any remodeling, building, or construction project!"
