He has been taking care of me for about 6 years now and I will continue to utilize his services for all my home repair needs, large or small."

"Everything went fine, until I asked that he replace the shutoff gate valves with 1/4 turn valves. He eemurred saying that would be another hour's work and I would have to pay extra. I had a different plumber install similar fixtuires and the valves in two hours for two basins. When I asked about this I was told that this was their standard practice, and the technician was not happy with the coupon arrangement that he claimed was set up by Angie's List without input from the company. While the work was done professionally, I was surprised that he wanted another hour to install the two valves and that I got this story about disagreement between the AL sales department and his company.

The entire experience was very professional, a rare find, and I highly recommend this company and the service they provide.
