"Yugo Flooring really did a number on me. It took more than 3 weeks to complete a job that was only worked on 3 days. The floor was not properly prepped, and old thinset was not removed from some areas. My tile is not level. All of my furniture now wobbles. The grout lines are not even. There was so much dust in my home that the smoke alarms were set off. This was an extremely stressful experience for my family. He gave me a good price, then squeezed me in between jobs. He refused to make good on the job and then threatened to file a lien on my house. I ended up filing a complaint with the ROC. They originally ruled in my favor, but he didn't fix anything. He lifted a few tiles and reset them. That is all. You can see the gaps between the baseboard and the floor where the floor is not level. This is like this throughout my home. It's really sad. "
