After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. "Glenn and his crews did a great job replacing our 30 year old roofing. In all honestly, I contacted Glenn over a year ago and he provided me an estimate then for the roof. We saved our money and were able to move forward with the roofing project in May (over 1 year later). Glenn honored the original estimate (slight increase in price do to increased costs of shingles) and we went ahead and hired him and his staff. He originally thought our project would take about four days to complete. The crews showed up each day, worked about 10 hours a day, and had our roof completed in three days. "If you don't mind getting the inevitable upsell on the Angie's list "deal", clean up lots of overspray and drips found even after making them clean up the very obvious ones. I would expect a professional paint crew to use more drop cloths to keep paint drips off of pavers, drive way, etc. Go ahead use these guys. But I would recommend finding someone else, using your due diligence, getting three quotes, and make sure you inspect everywhere when they're done. I wouldn't recommend them or use them again in the future. I gave them an A for punctuality because, once scheduled, they did show up when they said they would.

"Azul Roofing Solutions replaced our tile roof. Our tile roof was about 24 years old and parts had deteriorated; during heavy rains I had a water feature in my garage. Azul not only replaced and repaired my tile roof, they brought my roof up to current code. They completed the work over a three-day period. The remarkable point here is that they did the work during a very wet and cold week (rare for Arizona). They did what they said they would do, in the time they said they would do it, for the price they quoted. Based on my experience, I would hire Azul again. And I don't miss my garage water feature."
