The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! "Ben did an amazing job. He waited just until he was sure it was not going to rain before he began job. Replaced a lot of rusted screws and double sealed them and all around the vents. I am already seeing the effects of having my roof coated in asphalt aluminum. My house is definitely cooler. He even came back an extra day to make sure that the moisture from the night before had not caused any places to not seal properly. There was some slight sealant overspray on my fascia and he cleaned every bit off. Left nothing behind but good vibes and a great job. I would highly recommend him, especially to those of us in manufactured housing with metal roofs."
