The project was finished in timely fashion and appeared to meet all expectations; however, less than a month after completion, a very bad leak developed around one of the sprinklers included in the lawn irrigation portion of the project. The leak worsened, requiring that I shut off an entire watering zone. I called to report the problem, but the owner abruptly told me to call back on Friday - four days later. When I called that Friday, the owner said they were very busy and I would have to wait at least three or four weeks. He told me to keep calling and “he would see.” Rather than hope for Second Nature Landscaping to stand by its work, I hired another company that very Friday. The succeeding company completed the repair the next business day, quickly, effectively, and at a reasonable cost."
