"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

"Rob responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Others said it would be a week or three. Rob spent an hour or so inspecting my roof and suggested I contact my insurance due to hail damage and offered to return to go over it with the insurance adjuster, which he did. When I received the insurance estimate it seemed rather low so I sent it to Rob to review. When I emailed my insurance adjuster with Rob's review they quickly discovered their mistake. Rob saved me $2715! The 3 roofers were very friendly and did a terrific job. The roof looks fantastic! I especially liked the way they sealed around the fireplace chimney on the patio roof. I'll never have to tar it again! This is definitely a 5 star company!"

received 9 bids. Rene the owner of Express Roofing come out to quote the  roof as well. What he had to say compared what the other roofers had to say is why we picked Express Roofing. Rene went thru in details and explaned what and how he was going to do. Verses the other roofers were allot more vague. Rene had his pencil sharpened and ready.

There were a total of three people I communicated with during the process. After accepting and giving the"OK' to work I was contacted by a gentleman names Jeff "office manager". Very impressed with the commumication from Jeff. He kept me informed via email and always returned or  answered my phone calls same day for the most part.

The third person I had allot of contact with was Ricardo, ( Job foreman) I would get up in the morning (still dark) There would be Ricardo waiting for other workers to show up. Once able to see (sun up) Work begain, And didn't stop till dark. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day very well leaving no messes from previous day.  Very impressed!!

 The crew worked five straight day till completion. Workers very detailed and everything was done to my liking.

As for the "charge ups. (additional work that needed to be done on top of original bid) Very fair and worked with me.

Express roofing was not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive.

Logan came to our home and led us through the insurance claim process. His knowledge, expertise, accessibility and non-patronizing attitude with us made him a pleasure to work with. Our other contact was Nicole in the office, and she, also, was great. If we left a message for either of them, our call was promptly returned. "Joe gave me an estimate we decided on what was far and he began the job, they found that some of the existing wall were week and were not supported by studs, so we worked out a price to get these wall an ceiling fixed they had a lot of that. once done we worked out a price to get closet doors hung and base trim along with framing windows, they did an excellent job.

"Brian was able to fit the job in just a few days.  We discussed applying two coats and if the job required more time than two days, he would call me to authorize more time.  He arrived promptly and was courteous.  He proceeded to mask the woodwork and carpet, which worked to protect both.  
I was out-of-state when Brian worked.  He painted one coat throughout and did not call to put in more time or ask my opinion of the work.  As a result of having only one coat, there are many places where the old mustard color from the previous homeowner is not completely covered.  I am going to have another painter apply a second coat.
