In addition to the switch we had fixed, we also updated two outlets to GFCI per his recommendation. He completed the work very fast, was very nice to our two small (and annoying) dogs, and was friendly, professional and informative throughout the process. We received a discount on the service call for being an Angie's List member and the guy who initially called me (super fast after I made the request) was very nice, friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we tried Current is they were the first company to contact us and they could have someone come out the next day. Really responsive! I'd definitely hire them again - I feel like the work was of very high quality and the customer service was exceptional."

"I called because my outdoor outlet stopped working. When the technician came, his obvious first move was to check whether the safety switch (a little button next to the outlet) had been triggered. It had, and there was nothing to be done besides reset it. When I messaged the person who was in charge that day that I wished I had known, he said there were other things it could have been. But on Christmas Eve, in the spirit, he might have suggested an old lady try first just pushing the button herself. He gave me a discount when I said I wished I had known."

"When I called, because we were looking into a new furnace and air conditioner, Cardinal sent Rick out to check things out in our basement and outside. My husband wasn't here the first trip out so Rick came back to explain what our options were to both my husband and myself. He explained what qualified for tax credits and rebates and then any add ons for heating and cooling. He explained what a heat pump was and how it worked. Then he shared his experience with the product. It was so nice, he came over on a holiday weekend, never pressured us, or was impatient, just a down to earth guy who really wanted to give us the most information to make sure Cardinal would meet all of our needs. I was extremely skeptical on this at first, but my energy consigliere Nick Carnagey was very patient and made sure every concern I had was fully addressed. And anytime I had a question or concern he and the rest of the staff at Everlight were always super helpful and quick to respond. The system looks great! It consistently performs as Everlight said it would or better. Our first energy bill with the system on for a month was only $45 which was mostly the basic hookup and service fees. The install process took only an afternoon and the install guys could not have been more professional or courteous.
