"trouble out of the box. While transferring files from my old machine it was discovered that the power cord to the new machine was not functioning and the low battery notice stopped the transfer. Having a good part of my personal information now on the new machine I wasn't willing to return it to the store for a swap out and that was the only way the store could supply the particular cord I required. Jake went off the clock and was able to source the needed part and was then able to complete the transfer and download some new programs. A mix up in ordering a new program resulted in a potentially expensive mess which Jake was able to work out with a vendor who normally does not offer exchanges on software. He did this on his own and without any charge or invlovement on my part. All in all a very reasonable price to pay for a professional job well done."

I called My PC Guy, they made an appointment for me for two days after my call. The office help were professional and helpful! The technician was an hour late, but he called to let me know he would be late. This is reasonable because how long a computer repair will take is hard to predict.
