You'd never know there had been an issue. The work did leave some yellow surface stains where some of the injection material got onto the the concrete surface. I called them back and they happily came out and removed them. Overall I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the customer service, and the price."

Therefore, Chris proactively called me every two weeks to update me the latest, after he told me in Mar that my project probably be on in May. The price is very reasonable. Plus, I like the way of pricing - the qoute is lump-sum and no additional charge for 'trivials' during the project. When the project began, we found the steps of side door need to be removed and re-made. Chris did not charge me additionally for the new steps."

Shortly after my initial call, Nick contacted me. At our appointment he arrived promptly and took the time to listen to all my concerns. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to communicate with. He answered my millions of questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured. In fact, I felt so impressed with that consult that I signed a contract on the spot—something I never do—for installation of drainage lines. The day before the scheduled work, Nicole—the Office Manager—contacted me to confirm and answer any questions I might have. I did have a request concerning one of the lines, and she relayed that request as soon as our call ended. Within minutes, I was contacted by Nick that my request was noted. While routing a line to avoid tearing up a garden bed, a huge rock had to be hacked out of the ground. It’s now a cool garden feature since one of the crew kindly offered to wash it off and haul it over to one of the garden beds! The terrific crew were so efficient that the work was completed in under four hours. You literally cannot see where the trench was dug. Last night, we had a gulley washer rainfall. My neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind standing in the street in the rain in the dark with a flashlight—but it was so great watching the rainwater pouring out of the new drainage pipe ? The entire experience with the folks at Rogers felt like I was working with family. Just amazing. I’m so happy to have found a trusted company to turn to if future foundation/ basement issues arise. "The guys were on time, Jenna called me day before with a reminder. They were professional and courteous. In a few hours my 40’x6’ porch and front steps were leveled exactly to original condition. They caulked and sealed around the porch far better than I could have done. I was worries about not having a fixed quote as their final is based on material used to level. Many variables there beyond their control. Another reason to use this company as they are honest. Highly recommend this company and would use them again."

"Did a good job of raising sidewalk that had settled. My only complaint is they failed to show on the day agreed & when I called at 4:15, they told me they couldn't come out until the following week. When the job was done, I was satisfied. It is much cheaper than replacing the walkway. The process leaves a 2-inch round patch in each slab that is less conspicuous after a few weeks of curing. The office staff is courteous & the work crew was pleasant & receptive. Overall, I thought it was a good value. I think their minimum charge is $350, but they offered a discount when I mentioned Angie's List."
