"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I called late in the day (about 5:30pm) and spoke with Jason about repairing my dryer. He was able to schedule me for the next afternoon. He had me send him a picture of my dryer and a close up of the Serial Number tag by text. When he came the following day, he had the parts needed and replaced the dryer belt after checking the dryer thoroughly to make sure nothing else was wrong. I had also asked two other questions (one about my washer and one about my dryer exhaust thru the cement block). Jason provided several options on how to address those including steps I could do myself or the type of service provider I could contact to make those changes if I elected to move forward. Jason contacted me in the service window I had selected when I spoke with him the night before to let me know he was about 15 minutes away and arrived at the time he estimated. This is the first time I have worked with this company and I will definitely consider contacting him again if other appliances need repair. The total cost of the repair was $198."

Received a text with the appointment confirmation and picture of the technician. Jeremiah (the technician) was on time (actually called to see if he could arrive early) and was extremely knowledgeable about all forms of repair. Had the part available and fixed the issue (Samsung oven not heating after self cleaning) quickly. Very happy with the service. The part price mark up was a bit high, but not unreasonably so.
