He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I called on a Saturday afternoon because I noticed my washer was not spinning as it should. He answered the phone and said he would come out, and to text him my address. He was there within 2 hours and was able to determine that he needed a specific part that would have to wait til Monday since the parts store was closed. He was very understanding that both my husband and I work full time, and he accommodated us by coming back first thing Monday morning with the part. He installed it and then got a second error code from the machine, which he had to leave to research and speak to the manufacturer about, etc. He returned once again first thing in the morning the following day and was able to completely fix the problem. Received a text with the appointment confirmation and picture of the technician. Jeremiah (the technician) was on time (actually called to see if he could arrive early) and was extremely knowledgeable about all forms of repair.
