"Our 23 year old water heater finally bit the dust yesterday. I put in a request for quotes through Angieâ s List/Home Advisor and within 10 minutes Andy from Still Waters is calling me back. He was able to give me a quote over the phone just by texting him a few pictures of the old water heater. He was able to come out the same day (Saturday) to make the replacement. Andy was extremely professional and efficient. The overall cost was very fair, especially for being an emergency call on a Saturday. Because it was the weekend he had to purchase the water heater at one of the big box stores (Home Depot). When he unboxed the heater it had a dent on the side of the unit, which was no fault of his. Andy immediately let me know of the dent and explained that it was simply cosmetic and posed no problem to operation/function of the heater. He said that he would be happy to either discount the cost of the heater or take it back to the Home Depot. I decided to take the discount and keep the dented heater. I really appreciate Andy being up front about the dent and giving me options as the customer. Within just a few hours he had the old unit out and the brand new water heater installed. We now have hot water again! I will definitely be using Still Waters Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs."

"So smoothly! I called to inquire about replacing a hot water heater, they asked what size and they quoted me a price right over the phone. No options were offered, but then again, there was no upselling, or attempts to get me to purchase a maintenance plan or a water filter or other stuff that I got from their competitors. The guys arrived on time and were in and out in about an hour. They handled the permit and gave clear instructions on scheduling an inspection. Haven't had any issues. "We set an appointment and Mr Rooter rep arrived on time.  He asked several questions about my plumbing and if there had been recent plumbing work.  There had been recent plumbing work as our bathroom was being remodeled. However the construction supervisor told me nothing was done by the plumber that would cause such a problem.
He then examined by hot water heater and pipes in the basement. He called his supervisor and then asked to see where the plumbing work had been done. We went to the bathroom which was still under remodeling and he looked at the shower area pipes and told me there was my problem. There were no "hot" or "cold" handles installed yet (only screws were visible) but both hot and cold water were "on", so there was hot water flowing to that pipe. He explained that hot/warm water was then traveling to the next spigot that was opened. 
He suggested I turn screws "off" with a screw driver for the  hot & cold water, and since he did not perform any service there would be no charge. I followed his direction and that solved the problem."

"This company was very responsive and professional. I called needing an emergency installation of an electrical line and box for a gas cooktop so that the cooktop could be connected. This was on a Tuesday evening and the line and box were installed the next morning. Matt Wehrie called to confirm the time of arrival that morning which was met. The charges for this service were quite reasonable. The installers were pleasant and professional. I would use this company any time that I have need of an electrician.

They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything.
