"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. The workers were diligent and helpful wiith moving some of the junk in the basement. Job was done quickly and the areas left clean."

"Knew I've needed to do something about moisture problems in my crawl space. Alirio and Luis were great! Explained how they could solve the problems with water seeping into crawl space. They worked hard as anything, and installed drainage trenches around all the walls in the crawl space, added piping and covered with gravel. Then ran a drain out, ending several feet away from the house with a pop up drain. Then finished with plastic sheeting covering the entire crawl space. I had to wait about four weeks to get a HUGE downpour, so I could check the results. Went down there after the rain stopped, and very thing dry as could be. While it's only been a short time, this looks good to go! In fact, this comes with a ten year written warranty!!! Who gives that nowadays? Well, Alirio does!! "Charles Rhoden and his team were awesome. When he came to look at the work to be done, I couldn't believe my eyes when he put on something to cover up his clothes and he was into the crawl space in a matter of seconds, closely inspecting the foundation under 2 bathrooms. I believe it was primarily the sills that needed replacing under both bathrooms, as well as a number of other smaller things under the bathroom. There was one primary worker on my job & he was great. He showed up on time several days in a row, worked steadily and was very professional. The one day he couldn't be on the job, he let me know the day before that he had a doctor's appointment the next day. No problem. The work was completed on time, on budget and I was very happy with the work done.
I was getting ready to go to graduate school and had to move out of town.
My house had been converted into a duplex and there was a big area of the floor sagging right in the front entrance of the rental unit. I contacted Charles and he took care of things. Because I didn't have the money to have the job done as it should be done, Charles had a worker come over to stabilize the problem. He poured a concrete base that would support 2"x 6" supports that, with one end on the concrete, they went up and supported plywood. The sub-flooring had rotted out due to water damage. the plywood was placed directly under the sub-flooring / floor and the 2" x 6" supports were put in place on a solid concrete base and the other end was against the plywood. Charles CHARGED ME NOTHING, at all. I couldn't believe it. He said to just think of him the next time I needed any type of foundation work done again.
Charles Rhoden and his team were excellent. The work came in on time, on budget and was done right. What more could you ask for? And then, he charged me nothing for a smaller job, a temporary support that lasted a good 7 or 8 years, when I renovated the house and this part of the sub-flooring was fixed.
