"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "Danny and his team did an amazing job. It's been a few weeks, but we still look around and comment on how glad we are to have hired Danny. First, he seemed to actually care about the house when he came by to give an estimate. We could tell he cared about his job as well when he commented on colors and noticed things like the trims and ceilings. Other painters just nitpicked on whether we wanted x, y and z painted in each room. With Danny, common sense prevailed and he knew we just wanted everything painted.
He helped spackle and patch up holes and cracks that were here w/ the previous owner. He even fixed things like an uneven trim that was hanging low, and missing trim near the bottom of the floor in the master bedroom. Those things bothered me when we got the house, but I thought we'd just get them fixed "one day." Well Danny's a perfectionist. Without us even asking, he offered to fix them and did such a great job. He has such an eye for detail and helped transform this place from an old house to one that feels new and fresh.
He was also really patient as we took time to pick our paint colors. He had his guys work on other rooms when we couldn't decide on a few rooms. When we stopped by, his guys were always nice, friendly and respectful of our home. We were happy with how Danny and his crew really cared about their work.
The paint job itself is beautiful and neat. It just feels like a completely different house, and we have Danny to thank for that. One other huge positive - the cleanup job. We were around the last day and were struck by how much time they spent cleaning up the place including vacuuming. They left the house immaculate, and even stayed til midnight to do so. We worked with another contractor prior to Danny, and they left the house such a mess that I was beyond upset. But like I said, Danny's a perfectionist so he was the complete opposite. Hire him - we would again, without a doubt.

"My first impression of Victor Siera was that he was client oriented and as soon as we discussed my dream kitchen and two bathrooms I knew his design ideas would make my dream a reality. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Work was done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly with care for furnished areas through which debris had to be carried. Workers were polite, on time and responsive to requests. Extra "touches" were completed without hesitation and in many cases without even needing homeowners request."

"I had water damage from a neighbor above me that left a crack in my ceiling and walls, and bulging paint on the walls. Fabricio, the owner, quoted me a reasonable price for simple surface work, which is what was originally deemed to be required. However, once he began prepping the wall the extent of the damage was clear. He gave me a couple of options to proceed, one long term and one short term. The latter involved scraping off all the plaster and concrete affected, and rebuilding the wall. The quote was very reasonable. I okayed the job, and then had him paint some adjoining spaces, as I was satisfied with the work so far. The demolition was quick, as was clean up, and the resulting repair and paint jobs were very satisfactory. I work at home, so I do not like work being done in the home if I can avoid it. This was unavoidable, and Fabricio handled it very well. I would hire him again without bothering to get competing quotes. I'd rather have someone I trust versus saving some money. And, Fabricio was willing to discuss the quotes with me if I had any concerns and adjust if possible. He responded quickly to texts, and was able to accommodate my schedule."
