It was HSM piping and heating who called within 15 minutes. A gentleman by the name of Ackeno was asking me many questions, but all along he could hear the concern in my voice of how worried I was. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it. Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"
