"My Washer was not draining, which was a major inconvenience to me because my clothes was in the machine wet and the water was not going anywhere. I work for a company that requires me to wear uniform and I had no clean uniforms when his happened. I was extremely upset as I recently bought this machine. I called Travis, he answered immediately and when I explained my predicament he came out immediately. This was urgent and he got that. He accessed that my unit needed a drain pump, best part is he had the part and was able to fix my washer immediately so I could get my uniforms cleaned and ready for work. Travis was friendly, professional, fast to answer and fix my problem, and his price was good for all the work he did. I don't normally do reviews but with his service and help I had to do it so others will get the help I desperately needed."

"If you’re looking for a reliable repairman, Pavel is the one to call! This isn’t our first time working with him, and each experience has been very good. What sets Pavel apart is his commitment to quality; he takes his time to ensure the job is done right. He explores every possible solution before suggesting any replacements, which is invaluable when it comes to appliance repairs. I can’t recommend him enough for all types of appliances. He has successfully fixed multiple dishwashers, our washer/dryer, and even our Sub-Zero ice-maker."

"Caveat Emptor...I would not recommend this company...i thought I had a washing machine problem with water.leaking from below the washer.. I called Angi and within minutes I received a call from this company...owner's wife was very very pleasant ..I explained what I thought was a problem .I was told on the phone that a service charge of $ 50 to evaluate the problem and that if there was a major issue and a repair was made...this $ 50 would be deducted from the total.. fine I said...!!! ..I also thought I had a problem with my range..and was told by her that this would be included in the $ 50...Oran i think was his name was very pleasant..spent 20 min looking at the washing machine..no problem ..soap was spilled on the floor which made it appear that there was a water leak..so..nothing had to be done... he looked at the range..no problem except the knobs had to replaced which I already knew ..he showed me the knobs needed for the range on my Amazon site and told me to order them...all of this took 20 min... his fee was $ 120.00 !! I paid in check. no argument as I was unsure about the fee... the following day I called the company and spoke again to his friendly wife about the fee...did I mis understand ?? . I did not..it was indeed $ 50...so her husband called later to explain why and what he had done for $ 120.. .I still don't understand...he looked at the washing machine...no work was done..he looked at the stove..no work was done...all in less than 40 min ..he said that in any future visits he would give me credit.. LOL...when pigs fly.. by the way the knobs arrived yesterday and they are the wrong size...!!!!"

"We had a plumber come out to repair our dishwasher, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He arrived right on time, got straight to work, and handled the job diligently and professionally. Reliable, courteous, and detail-oriented—highly recommend!"

"Cristian was on time, reliable, communicative and quick to repair our washer and dryer. Would recommend to anyone."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"He responded very quickly. He answered my $$ questions honestly and transparently. He sent a very professional and knowledgeable repair person the very same!"

"Great experience with Vexon Appliance Repair! Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling, and they quickly diagnosed the problem with the compressor. The compressor was replaced, and the refrigerator is working perfectly again. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Vex Appliance Repair!"
