Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

Unfortunately, the floor in the upstairs bath had been repaired by the previous owner due to an on going (unknown to us) leak. So in addition to the planned remodel, we had to have the sub-floor removed & replaced. Kyle gave us the best bid and was able to easily work around our ever changing schedule. Kyle provided recommendations & measurements for the supplies and we were able to choose and purchase what we preferred. Kyle's crew was professional & polite. "Dealing with contractors is never easy, and Ben is no pushover, but with very few exceptions, Ben and his crew do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and they do it very well. What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase. Great experience and our bathrooms are amazing."

"David and Team are amazing. They constructed a 500 sq ft master suite addition for us. The craftsmanship was excellent, workers were kind and respectful. David is extremely communicative, transparent, and had staff working every day (which does not always happen with contractors as sometimes they just don't show up). Another big plus was David did not nickel and dime for everything, including small adjustments to the plan, making the process much less stressful. We really appreciated the relationship and could not be happier with the final product. David is definitely now our "go-to" for any housing projects we need done."
