Unfortunately, the floor in the upstairs bath had been repaired by the previous owner due to an on going (unknown to us) leak. So in addition to the planned remodel, we had to have the sub-floor removed & replaced. Kyle gave us the best bid and was able to easily work around our ever changing schedule. Kyle provided recommendations & measurements for the supplies and we were able to choose and purchase what we preferred. Kyle's crew was professional & polite. Everyday, they worked long hours, cleaned up and would let us know when they would be returning. In addition to that, the work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! Professional, pleasant, precise, meticulous and beautiful! We have no reservations hiring Kyle Beym Home Improvement for any future remodel project."

Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. "To hire a contractor who started out in the Plumbing business could not have been a better choice for a bathroom remodel. Everything went wonderfully. They knew the law so I was able to do things correctly. They had ideas that even I did not have, having dreamed about this for a few years. "I needed two exterior door jambs repaired on a historical home in Santa Ana. The bottom of the jambs, where they met the thresholds, were rotted and decayed. Additionally, there was possible damage to the bottom plate, trimmers, and king studs. I contacted McGee construction for the estimate. The estimate was more than fair so I accepted. Eric, the finish carpenter, came out and completed the repairs. He draped the room with plastic to protect the furniture, floors, and rest of the house. The repairs took three days and look fantastic. He was able to match up the new jambs to the existing arch doorways and thresholds. He recreated new casings to match the old door casings. Eric rehung the doors and the doors now open and close beautifully. Additionally, the new paint and stain matches the original. Good communication with the company, I was kept informed of the repairs, and they cleaned the job site everyday. i would hire them again without a doubt."
