"Jason has handled a number of repairs and renovations in our home in a highly efficient and professional manner. Will definitely hire him for more projects!"

"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

"I marked up a template with the size of the table, and the company made the pad from the template. The pad was mailed to me."

"The roofing contractor was great. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were. It was an excellent team that was very, very professional. They are an Angie's List member. We have referred friends to them and they have been happy too. We would definitely call them again for anything. They were not the cheapest, but they were by far and away worth every penny. The service and workers were excellent. They had a project manager on site that spoke English. I needed somebody that I could communicate with. It was excellent; the project manager took care of all those things that I, in the past, had to coordinate. They worked very quickly and I think it was done in two days. That was probably the best experience I had with a contractor in a long time."

"Micheal responded very quickly to my Angi request He and his team arrived at my home in a timely manner, evaluated my repair job & went out for materials to get the job done! He & his partner did a great job doing a repair that they had never encountered before. Thanks for a job well done!"

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"It was good. He is nice and professional. He did what he said he would do and in the time frame he said he would do it. The price was reasonable too. He had to buy some parts."

"We had damage from Hurricane Isaias. Kent was very prompt in providing estimates and helping us work through the insurance process. He has provided all the documentation the insurance company requested. Work started promptly after our acceptance of the estimates. The work was high quality. It included replacing hardi-board siding, painting, drywall, doors, windows, mold remediation and general carpentry . He provided the right craftsman for the job. The work was completed in a timely fashion."

"We were impressed with the knowledge and professional displayed by Ryan and his employees. The prep work that Sullivan's completed (sanding seams before hardwoods installed) was appreciated. We would highly recommend this company:)"
