"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"I called James and described the problem to him. He suggested that I remove the collaped piece from the main cabinet and bring the unit to him, which saved me money for his travel time. I brought the cabinet unit to him. He did a great job of reassembling the unit, used stronger nails to connect the pieces together and then applied a large amount of very strong glue to finalize the reassembly. The work was done when he said it would be done. We are most happy with the reassembled unit, which is far stronger than that provided by the original cabinet manufacturer.

"Overall we could not have been more satisfied with the repair and our new outdoor drainage system.  When El Nino came the past few days the drainage system worked perfectly.  Water that previously would have come adjacent and almost into our home quickly drained away from our home and into the street!   With the recent volume of rain, water likely would have come into our home, Moe and his teem have provided priceless peace of mind.  
Moe came to our home just before Thanksgiving and gave an expert assessment and laid out a plan to fix our drainage, he had his team start the work over Thanksgiving weekend to assure it would be done before the first big rain.  His team was very professional and friendly (especially Andrew), they were easy to talk to and answered all my questions.  They worked often 6 days a week to get the work done as quickly as possible, including working New Year's Eve.  Their work demonstrated their experience and expertise; cutting the concrete, digging through the soil, replacing the piping, and then a full repair of the landscaping and concrete.  They minimized the effect on our current landscaping, our lawn, trees, and bushes now look just as before.  There was also great attention to detail, Moe was consistently reassessing and fine tuning the plan to assure the best result possible.
They also took time to do a full clean up, assuring everything looked better than they left it.

The cost was very fair for the level of service and expert work we received.  The estimate increased only when it was discovered much more work was needed.  Initially, I thought the problem was limited, but thanks to Moe's thorough assessment he discovered additional drainage issues.  Without this additional assessment we likely would have had water in our home the past few days.  Then, as the work progressed there was a decrease in cost when less concrete work was needed for the full repair.  Moe was always honest and professional he definitely delivered what he promised he would!
Finally, Moe actually visited our house multiple times to assure the work was as good as possible, he even came by during the heavy rains on 1/5/16 and 1/6/16, to assure all was working fine, nothing like El Nino to test our new drainage!  I will definitely use Signature Landscape in the future for all our outdoor landscaping.
