"I called on Tuesday for water leak in my front courtyard. I got a call that evening and they were very responsive and concerned. they were going to send someone that evening I told her next day would be fine. Kevin arrive early morning to check out the leak it was a bursted landscaping water line. was relived it wasn't the main water line. he stated they don't usually repair these water lines but the ask if there was hardware store where he could get the parts he needed. the pipe was replaced and problem fixed. Kevin was excellent knew what needed to be done even though it was out of the norm. I will definitely call ready for any plumbing issues. "

"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. This is a great company!"

"Had some pretty serious root infiltration in our sewer line where it meets the city line. Both the gentleman who came out for the initial quote and the one who came with his team to do the work gave excellent customer service. Both seemed happy to answer any questions and took time to make sure I understood the reasonings behind the recommendation for repair vs replacement and anything else I asked about."

"The faucet was replaced well, just like they'd done in our master a few months earlier. The completely rebuilt toilet was running again within days. So they came back out and switched out the gasket which they hadn't done with the initial rebuild. This required a little extra work of draining the tank which hadn't been done the first time. The toilet was running again within days, They came back out and replaced the tower with a higher quality one at no additional charge. It's been a couple weeks now and the toilet seems good now. My biggest gripe is that they cut corners with the toilet rebuild (skipping gasket replace first time) yet upon speaking to the owner Al, I should be happy because they have a warranty. Another thing to be aware of is that they need to replace everything with their own parts all around to guarantee their work. Don't expect them to just change out one broken part. Our toilet innards had been replaced several times in the past 2 years but we had to do it all again with Al's."

"Generally good work for snaking the sewer line. Courteous and informative. Were over an hour late on second day to perform jetting of the line. Although the jetting process was a little messier then expected since the jet head was pulled out of the line too far while on, the end result was quite good. The technician was able to clean the entire line to the city main and most of the way back into the house. Cleaning the kitchen line was not as good and significantly messier. Main issue was related to the camera work. The equipment used was unable to penetrate the full distance to the city main and not far back into the house. The conclusion was damaged pipes caused blockage of the camera and replacement of the entire line from inside the house to the city main was necessary. I hired a second plumbing company for a second opinion and a detection specialist company that only does inspections and testing for a third opinion. Both had better camera equipment, were able to inspect the full length of the line to the city main and deep into the house. Both companies found minor issues with the line to the city main and both found no problems going into the house. The issues to the city main can be managed through routine maintenance and do not require replacement of the line. I can recommend this company for their cleaning work, snaking, and jetting but not for their investigative and diagnostic work."

"JOB WAS TO REPAIR SOME COPPER PIPES AND INSTALL NEW SHUT OFF VALVE. Technician arrived on time, assessed the job and sweated on new copper fittings. Very professional , gave good technical plumbing advice before starting the repairs. Appreciated his ideas. Highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. Good communication before , during and after project was completed."
