"I was referred to WCS by the pest management company I normally use since they don’t deal with squirrels in the attic. This was one of the best referrals I’ve ever gotten! Tim from WCS arrived within 24 hours. He did a very thorough inspection of the attic spaces - even got into the hard-to-access part of the attic over the original part of the house. Tim is VERY knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was even willing to share insights on dealing with attic mice that I didn’t realize were present. He did a very thorough evaluation of the exterior of the house to identify any points of entry. In doing so, he also secured aluminum fascia and vinyl siding that had come loose over the past 21 years - all without being asked and all without charging a penny more. Since the squirrels had apparently vacated the soffit area prior to Tim’s arrival, he installed 2 traps at the point of access/egress - one to capture squirrels exiting and one to capture any that may try to re-enter. None were captured and Tim sealed the opening with aluminum. He was just great to deal with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"We had raccoons in the attic that needed to be removed. The girls in the office were very pleasant to deal with.  The estimate and contract negotiations were done with Richard Chiarella. The estimate stated 5 days trapping for the price and I encountered some resistance to putting the costs in writing if the trapping took longer than 5 days. As advised and experienced over the years, it is both smart and necessary to obtain full contract costs in writing. When I received the revised contract, it contained the cost for an additional week but again did not include the cost if trapping took 6,7 or 8 days. I decided to proceed anyway because the raccoons were still in the attic while days were passing with the contract issue. I notified the office that I accepted the terms and my credit card number was taken as that is the method of payment I chose.  The mother raccoon was trapped the first night (6/25/15) and removed the next day (6/26/15). Richard Chiarella advised he would keep the mother in a pen at his office. He was unable to locate the babies in the attic. We asked him to hold on to the mother because we were trying to locate the babies ourselves. We did locate 2 baby raccoons and it took ripping up part of a bathroom tile floor and cutting through sheetrock in the bathroom. We did this in an effort to keep the family together as Rich was going to release them all together somewhere. On 6/28/15, Rich texted me that he had to let the mother go because he could not keep her penned up any longer. He did not even call first to see if we had the babies in hand which we did. I texted him back that that was unfortunate since we had the babies and they were still alive. Rich returned to remove his traps and close up the entrance to the attic that he located and identified as the point of entry. Since he had already let the mother go, we did not trust he would do the right thing for the baby raccoons so we personally located a wildlife rehabilitator who took them. When all was said and done, I received a bill for the full amount of the job and I had to contact the office and remind them that they had my credit card on file for payment. While the work was done and the office was pleasant to deal with, the price seemed a little high for the amount of work that was performed and we did not like how the mother was released without notice prior to getting the babies out. This review is true and accurate regardless of the providers rebuttal and is done without malice to Richard Chiarella or Accurate Pest Control. I am providing the facts as they occurred so the next customer can make an informed decision on their animal control issue. <br />"
