Get matched with top septic tank cleaning or pump out pros in Sutter, CA

"I entered my request for a Septic System Flush and "Dump" at 9:00 SUNDAY morning, with the expectation someone would get back to me by the end of the following week to schedule the work. To my surprise, I got a telephone call from PUMP AND DUMP within 30 minutes - and they were completing my non-emergent job within 2 hours!!!! Both fellows were extremely personable and professional. They did a wonderful job and I will be recommending them to all of my neighbors out here in the South Sac County! Thanks so much for a fabulous job! AND on a Sunday! BambooLuvR"

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From the moment I called, everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The crew arrived on time, explained everything they were doing, and made the entire septic clean-out process quick and stress free. They were honest, respectful of my property, and left everything clean when they were finished. It's hard to find companies these days that truly care about their customers, but this team went above and beyond. Their customer service and work ethic were outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic services. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for such an amazing experience!"

"Septic Pumping and Drain Solutions pumped our septic tank and we have made arrangements for them to do some repairs in the next two weeks. They were in time, very professional with state of the art equipment. When talking about the repairs, they explained everything and have given us a very good price. They have been the best we've ever worked with and we will continue to use them now and in the future."

"The technician quickly determined that the pump wasn't working and replaced it."

"We requested help on our reverse osmosis water filtration system.  The technician arrived the same day and was friendly and courteous.   He recommended that we buy a new system and said that we only need one filter to remove nitrates.  Upon further research, we discovered that several filters and a tank are required to filter nitrates.  He did not charge for the trip and told us to buy a new system and he would come and install it. "

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"Great customer service! On time and knowledgeable. We will always call them with confidence when we have any plumbing issues!! Highly recommend!"
