It cost $9K to drill troughs, enlarge sump with 2 separate drain lines through foundation 10â into yard, battery backup and alarm in my 8x8 crawl space/Michigan basement. Steve, Tom & Dakary worked tirelessly to get the job done right in this challenging old home with access to crawl space under staircase to 2nd floor! They were friendly, professional and left the house spotless when done. I highly recommend this crew, VERY hard working and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks guys!"

"I was very happy with the estimate I got from Corey, and he explained how things were going to be done. I had the waterproofing done on one entire wall of my basement, and a sump pump put in, on one of the coldest days of this year, and the guys were great, they put up plastic to keep things from getting dusty, and they were done in 1 day!! I was very impressed! I did have a tiny leak, a few days later, but the company sent someone out almost immediately, and that was resolved. I highly recommend this company, and know that I went with the best!!!"

"Start to finish all expectations were met. My expectations are sometimes too high. One thing to note (which GSM took care of) is that if you choose dark color gutters that you ask them to paint the silver straps before installing. This will hide the shinny appearance for the strap that is very appearance from a distance. Price was higher than other providers. BUT, I think it was worth it. Their promised date of install (in the spring; about 6 weeks from deposit) was completed EXACTLY as scheduled. Hitting the promised date is unheard of. They are worth the extra week or two wait and the marginal price increase."

"Floodman was professional and fast. They gave me several different options for my foundation repair. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of services that I didn’t need. They helped me decide which option was best for my situation. We settled on a minimum invasive approach since it was just one small crack and we had not had any problems in the past. After the repair they were available to answer questions I had as I was doing my own drywall repair. They even sent one of their techs back to my house just to check and make sure the repair was curing properly. In my opinion they are the only company to call if you are having basement problems."
