"They are a very large and full-service company, and I am happy with them. I have used them for many years on both my homes, and also on my one home in Massapequa, which was my childhood home. My father used to use them back there. They also offer handyman services and gutter cleaning services now, which I have not tried yet, but I am going to. I have a service contract with them for the pest control, and the price is about $135 a year. I have a lot of oak trees around the house, and if you don’t clean the gutters, it just kind of invites the carpenter ants to find a way in. We had a bathroom window which leaked on the first floor when people showered, and moisture was getting inside. The wet wood was perfect environment to attract carpenter ants.
