"Patio Enclosures was fantastic, the subcontractors that came to do the job were not. However, Patio Enclosures sent two Field Supervisors over to spend and entire day addressing all of our concerns. Overall, their customer service is what made us happy with this project and we absolutely love our 3-season room!"

"My patio enclosure was installed the week of November 2022; it was actually finished in 3 days! From the measurement w/Dennis through the installation w/Mike, and final assessment w/John, I could not have had a better contractor, than Champion. An excellent team - Dennis, John, and Mike . . . I LOVE MY PATIO ENCLOSURE! Sandra D. Elgin, SC"

"Lakeside Roofing was very professional and prompt and did an outstanding job with our roof. It was no hassle and they helped walk me through the paperwork process with ease. They left no mess or trace in the yard after they completed the job. I would highly recommend anyone needing a new roof or roofing repair to give them a call."

"Phone contact did not provide any confidence that Champion woiould be the right choice. I chose to end the conversation and did not pursue them any further. They could be the perfect choice for a different project or windows."

"When the deck was originally built, they didn't put the concrete on the ground in the bottom; so the wood was in the contact with the soil.  The home inspector said the deck needed to have a concrete mold in the bottom and put the wood back in the bottom; so the wood is against the concrete, not the soil.  They did an okay job.  We asked them to give an estimate for the second project and they did not give the quote.  We think it was not their specialty and we wanted a home improvement work.  The guy recommended us to do a certain thing and it was not we ended up doing because we got three different estimates/ recommendation from people.  It was outrageous what he was going to charge to do it.  His prices were a little high.  He came quickly on the time schedule.  He got it done very quickly.  It was all happening in the middle of snow.   We had another contractor telling that their price was higher, but we didn't have the time to wait for the repair.  We didn't know how it would hold up; but what needed to be done, they did what needed to be done.  They were pretty responsive.  They sent the email back and forth when we had any question.  We had schedule a time for him to come the first day for the quote and we thought we were doing at 11.  We called him at 11:30 or 12 and he didn't realize that he told us a time.  He ended up coming at 1, so there was a little bit of miscommunication in there.  He was on time when he came to do the actual work."

"I worked with Apex Construction for both the design and construction of my renovations project. We converted our pole building into a mother-in-law suite. It turned out even better than I expected. It can be difficult finding people whose quality and integrity you can trust at a fair price. I will definitely use Apex again and again."

"I had a roof built to cover my existing patio. The work done was excellent and their work ethic was above and beyond. Christian and Brian worked in extreme conditions with many days having a 100 degree plus heat index. I will gladly hire this company for any future projects."
