My only issue is that we reviewed where the tankless water heater was being installed including the electrical outlet, yet I had to use an extension cord to plug the unit in after installation. Now I am going to have move the electrical for the unit. For the price I paid I would have expected this to be done for me."

He told me when he finished the job he was on, he would be right over, even though he had other jobs scheduled for the day. I recall him saying "you have sewage backing up into your house, I can't have you like that!" He called his other appointment and told them he was going to be late and came and fixed my emergency on his way to the next job. AND he didn't charge any more for it being an emergency call out!
