As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. I did not feel valued as a customer, nor did I receive the level of service your company promotes. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss this matter and understand how you intend to resolve it. "We met with Christian 2-3 times. She was not very responsive to email and it took forever for them to start the project. She NEVER showed up to see any part of the project, not even the finished project. A few month after completion you could see where the work was poorly done and when I reached out to her for help to get the contractors back she never responded and when I finally spoke with her she kindly told me to do it. Worst service, if I hadn’t place a non refundable deposit on our first meeting I would have never done business with them and I would never recommend them, not even to animals because they deserve better."
