"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. "Original visit by salesman was thorough and without any hype or pressure.  Left a filled out contract defining all the work and cost breakdown.  He reviewed the Rightway system and compared it to the other competing systems. (His comparisons to other systems was correct -- even to predicting the hype and pressure of the competition).
I was offered and conducted a walk through of their business office and storage --  workmen-like and ship-shape.
All work was completed in one day as planned.  Crew was on time, friendly, and willing to show me what they were doing and why.  They hung plastic to protect the basement storage and cleaned up after the work was done.
The system works as predicted and no moisture entered the basement during the ensuing storms we've had this year .
In addition the basement dehumidifier runs infrequently and keeps the basement humidity lower than before the work was done.
