"They did a great job of communicating, usually with minutes of me emailing them. Some of crew didn't speak much English but always one guy that could communicate with me. Only a couple of problems: they left tools propped out front against our garage door which I felt the need to cover up with a tarp, and sure enough, one worker had a back pack stolen from that area after leaving it there overnight. The roof looks good, shingles are as ordered and is working well. The whole roof was replaced in 3 days including cleanup which was quite thorough. Done in October, finished just before torrential rain. Competitive price. The other problem is that modern code requires longer nails so some nails are poking through our eave area and our attic area above the garage due the the thin roof wood, but that isn't something they could avoid. Very satisfied."

"Jason was responsive, punctual, and honest. When his crews arrived, they got right to work and worked hard until the job was done. The roof looks great and I am confident that my leaks are gone. The guys made sure to close the gates as they worked so my dogs would not escape and they thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Great experience--- I believe that Jason and his crew recognize that customers pay their bills and that personal referrals are like gold. He gave me an estimate that covered my repair and also covered an additional cost if there was unseen further damage. I felt very comfortable with the plan to fix my leaky roof. All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. "The male representatives from DaBella arrived in a timely manner. They were very efficient in their inspection of the roof. They found the roof solid and not in need of repair or replacement. They did however find some possible water damage where the gable siding met the house siding. The house had a history of leaking in this area so we were aware of the possible damage. We got a bid to replace the wood gables with a fiber cement product, similar to Hardiplank. They gave us a fair price on doing the gable work, and we signed up with DaBella to have this done. Caden and Drew, the representatives, were very personable. They didn't try to hard sell us on anything we didn't want. We appreciate them being straightforward and honest, as well as knowledgeable about the work needed, and the products that would be used."
