"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

He also installed a safety harness anchor along the ridgeline. Cleaned up the debris (the walkways looked better than when he arrived!) and carted it away. Easy to coordinate our schedules via texting. Gave me photos of problematic areas on the roof and repaired the seal around a vent pipe. Will use again."
