"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. "We had a stoppage in our patio drainage system near where several pipes meet. It wasn't clear exactly what the best avenue of attack would be. I suggested one opening which I thought was the straightest shot to the problem, but there was another the tech wanted to try first. That one seemed to lead to a T that couldn't be passed. The tech then used my original suggestion and that turned out to do the trick after some struggle with the blockage. There is usually an additional charge for going down more than one drain hole, but since success came with my original suggestion there was no additional charge which I thought was fair. In any event problem solved quickly and for the agreed upon price.
BTW, concerning the price, there is a rate sheet on their web page that lays it all out which I appreciate. There are 3 tiers: regular, overtime and double time which correspond to regular hours, off hours/weekends, and late hours/sunday/holidays. I had the work done on a Saturday morning so the indicated rate was overtime. However, there was a moment of confusion at the point of final payment when the office claimed it should be double time since it was Thanksgiving weekend. The rate sheet, original over the phone conversation and the quote from the tech on arrival all were for the overtime not the double time rate. To their credit, this was honored without too much fuss. The take away here is make sure you know which rate you are expected to pay especially when you are booking on or near a holiday. For example, is the Saturday of Easter weekend double time? It might be.

"Randy is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.  A contractor came out to estimate replacement of the garage door after it had broken.  He recommended that the garage floor be re-paved otherwise there would be gaps on both corners of the door. Replacing the garage concrete floor was not an expense that we had planned for or wished to spend a lot of money on.  We asked for three contractors to give us an estimate to replace the entire floor.  Randy's initial estimate was the cheapest.  Moreover, he was the ONLY one to even suggest that only the strip underneath the door be replaced if we wanted to save money.  He started early on the day he said he would come and worked in the garage with nobody home - very trustworthy.  I would definitely hire him again when we decide to extend the driveway."

"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."
