"A month ago, I met with the company president to discuss refinishing two of the marble floors in my home.  During that meeting, the president noticed that I could possibly have more damage UNDER my floors by the way one of my marble tiles had broken.  He was absolutely correct.  I had a contractor look at the damage and he confirmed that there was damage to my subfloor that needed to be fixed.  After having another company repair the floor, I asked Dustin Nichols, President of SOLID ROCK REFINISHING COMPANY to come and refinish the newly repaired foyer and master bathroom.  His brother in law, Eric, who also works at the company, and a crew of men came to my home on the date agreed to and at the correct time.  During the first day of the job I learned about the other services this company does.  During the next two days, I had this team and the president fix broken ceramic tile in another bathroom, refinish the two marble floors, they cleaned the grout in three ceramic tile bathrooms, fixed two counter tops of cultured marble, and seal four bathrooms so that mildew can not grow on the grout.  They did all of these services for the original price.  I am thrilled with their service and the work done. <br />"

"Dave came out- looked at the job. They were here within a week. Neat, clean professional. It was very nice to see the Owner Dave actually working on the floors sanding and staining. Wasn’t expecting that in today’s day and age. Truly great company, I read some of the iffy reviews but I called for a quote, when I mentioned the reviews he was humble and said “I’ll sand your floors, if you’re not happy- don’t pay” what did I have to lose. "First time she came Dena came by herself and cleaned for us (10/16/2013). She did everything we requested and more. The second time she came she brought another worker with her and the two of them cleaned. The have a system which cuts down on the time it took to clean my house but did a through job. After the first of the year I will have them come twice each month. <br />"
