"The garage door mechanism broke late on a Friday night. I called McGraw's on Saturday morning after another service outfit failed to return my weekend call. McGraw's fairly advised me of the probable cost, and then came promptly. The work the repairman (Victor) did was careful, despite a bitterly cold day, and he seems very experienced at it. At my request he also did some preventive maintenance on the mechanism. I was completely satisfied with this experience. By coincidence, I discovered that a friend had a similar, equally satisfactory experience with McGraw's just a week ago."

"<p>Ken was great to work with.  I had called 3 companies to get quotes for a replacement overhead door.  One company never called me back.  Avanti beat the other company's estimate by almost $200.  He was a little late showing up to do the measurements, but he made up for it when he arrived early for the install.  He hauled away my old garage door and track and installed a new garage door and track.  Since my house is old the garage door opening was not a standard size, he had to special-order the garage door and also install a low-overhead track.  Ken said it took a lot of little adjustments to get everything lined up just right.  We're very happy with the door and wish we had contacted him for a new door sooner!  It was a lot less expensive than we thought a new garage door would be.
