"From our first contact with this company, we were very impressed by their attitude, professionalism, doing what they said they would do. Price charged within local standards and used quality products. They kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date on plans for job. The job had to be postponed for 2 weeks due to constant rain but they let us know in plenty of time to make sure it was ok with us. The office contact, Megan, is very friendly and efficient. The crew that came was super excellent. They went right to work, no wasted time. Kept work area neat, cleaned up after first day. On second day, finished the job and left our home and yard looking better than it did before they came. Our next door neighbor commented that he had never seen such a professional job and group of people. We have mobility issues so they carried the extra shingles to our basement and put them exactly where we wanted them and even picked up some heavy bags of salt for our water conditioner from the local Home Depot and put them in our basement. Cannot say enough good things about them. Our roof looks great, they provided a great warranty and quality product. We have already scheduled them to come back for an estimate to replace our outside steps (which they hauled away at our request at no extra charge) Would highly recommend them. "Matt did a good job. The project was drawn out a little longer than I hoped for but that was mainly due to the weather not cooperating. I was one of the first roofs of the season. I appreciated that he fit me in. The roof looks good. One shingle fell off a few months after the fact and I contacted Matt and within a few days he came out and took care of it. I would recommend this company. The price is middle of the line - maybe a little less than even - and the quality and service is good."

"After playing a bit of phone tag (my fault...I was just not able to call or answer their return calls during my work day), I talked with a woman at their office. She said she would have the tech call me. He called within a 1/2 hour and said he was 13 miles away and could come right then! Very pleasantly surprised with that as I figured there must be 100's of calls with the heat wave. The tech, Joe, was here for about 1 - 1.5 hours. He serviced the unit and it's been working perfectly! Joe really seemed to know his stuff and knew exactly what to do! Very pleased with Cooney!"

"I called Green Homes, Home Depot, and Comfort for estimates.  Prices for Green Homes and Home Depot were nearly identical.  Green Homes took more time to explain the features of the windows, show a sample, give considered opinons on options when I requested them, and didn't have extra costs that Home Depot did.  I ended up cancelling the comfort estimate.  I've used them before, and was happy to try someone else. 
They came out right away for the final measurement and gave a tentative date for install.  I called a week or so later, and they confirmed the date, which was only about 3 weeks.  Just after 5 on the Friday before the install I realized I never got a confirmation call, and they were closed so I couldn't call.  But no worries, at about 8:30 Monday morning they pulled in.  Jeff, Jeff, and Mark were great all day.  They did the rooms that I needed done first first, and the room that I  needed last last (moving some furniture around).  They got the inside work on the 12 windows, including trim replacement, done day 1.  Day 2 they arrived again about 8:30 and quickly installed the slider door, then began the outside wrapping.  In the pouring rain.  They're due back for about 1/2 day tomorrow to finish the wrapping outside. 
The windows seem like very good quality.  They missed the grids on 1 window, but the guys knew it and told me as soon as they arrived on day 1.  They installed the wrong window, and will be back out when the correct one is received.
I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for service.
